Clare DiBella is a New York City–based creative producer specializing in photo and video content. Equal parts strategist, producer, and creative problem-solver, she brings together aesthetic direction, operational rigor, and hands-on execution to guide projects from ideation through delivery.
Currently at Maybelline New York, Clare produces social-first and campaign content across photo, video, CGI, and influencer partnerships. With experience spanning beauty, wellness, fine arts, and editorial, she has built and scaled creative processes, led cross-functional teams, and produced high-performing content ranging from scrappy social shoots to large-scale commercial productions.
Clare believes the best work comes from strong relationships. She approaches every project with curiosity, clear communication, and a collaborative mindset, thriving alongside people who are thoughtful, creative, and excited to make great work together.
